Invoxlyy
Working capital against unpaid invoices

Ninety days of waiting, advanced in twenty-four hours.

Invoxlyy advances up to 90% of the value of your unpaid trade invoices. Your business runs on the work you have already delivered — not on your customer's payment calendar.

No collateral. No personal guarantee. We underwrite the customer who owes you, not your balance sheet — so checking eligibility costs nothing and changes nothing about your credit standing.

The gap

You deliver in March. You are paid in June. Your suppliers do not wait.

A distributor supplying a supermarket chain pays for stock, transport and wages in week one. The invoice settles in week thirteen. Nothing in that gap reflects the health of the business — it is simply the terms.

It is also why profitable companies run out of money. Every new order widens the distance between cash out and cash in, so growth becomes the thing that puts you under. Invoice finance closes that distance without adding debt to your balance sheet.

Cash flow gap on 90-day payment terms Costs are paid between day 0 and day 14. The customer settles on day 90, leaving 76 days of exposure. An Invoxlyy advance arrives on day 1. The process

Four steps, and the first advance usually lands the same week.

Step 01

Submit the invoice

Upload the invoice and matching purchase order or delivery note. Single invoices are fine — you do not have to commit your whole receivables book.

Step 02

We verify the payer

Underwriting looks at your customer's settlement history rather than your balance sheet, which is why young businesses with strong customers still qualify.

Step 03

Funds are advanced

Up to 90% of face value, paid to your business account in naira, shillings, cedis or dollars, typically within 24 hours of approval.

Step 04

Your customer settles

They pay on their usual terms, to the account they already use. We release the remaining balance to you, less one flat fee.

The facility

Every invoice, every advance, every settlement in one ledger.

Once a facility is approved you draw against new invoices as they are raised. No fresh application, no renegotiation, no waiting on a credit committee each time.

Questions

What businesses ask us first.

Do you assess my company's credit, or my customer's?
Your customer's. The advance is secured by the receivable itself, so what matters is whether the business that owes you has a record of paying. This is why companies that cannot get a bank facility on their own balance sheet are often approved here within a day.
What happens if my customer pays late?
We follow up on collection as part of the facility, and the fee continues to accrue at the same flat rate for the period the invoice remains outstanding. There is no penalty rate and no compounding. If a customer consistently pays late we will tell you, because it affects what we can advance next time.
Which invoices qualify?
Business-to-business invoices for goods or services already delivered, with a face value from ₦500,000, payable within 120 days, and supported by a purchase order, delivery note or signed acceptance. We do not finance consumer invoices, pro-forma invoices or work not yet completed.
Does my customer find out?
We verify the invoice directly with them, so they know it has been financed. Settlement itself does not change: they pay the same account, on the same terms, at the same time. In practice this is routine for large buyers, most of whom deal with financed receivables regularly.
How long does the first facility take?
Most first applications are decided within one working day once we have your registration documents, six months of bank statements and the invoice you want to finance. After that, drawing against a new invoice is typically same-day.
Is this a loan?
No. You are selling the right to receive payment on an invoice you have already earned, at a discount. There is no term debt on your balance sheet, no collateral charge over your assets and no personal guarantee from directors.
